Our team will assess factors such as your landscape type, plant varieties, irrigation system, seasonal needs, and your preferred service frequency to build a personalized plan that ensures your outdoor space stays healthy and attractive year-round.

We offer both one-time services and recurring maintenance plans. Whether you need a single clean-up, seasonal service, or ongoing weekly or bi-weekly maintenance, we can accommodate your needs. One-time services are ideal for special events, property sales, or post-storm cleanups, while recurring maintenance ensures consistent care and long-term landscape health.

Our standard landscape maintenance package typically includes the following services:

  • Mowing and edging of all turf areas
  • Weeding of plant beds and paved areas
  • Trimming and pruning of shrubs and small trees and palms under 12 feet
  • Blowing and cleanup of hardscapes, driveways, and walkways
  • Green waste and debris removal from landscaped areas

We can also tailor the package with additional services like fertilization, pest control, mulching, palm tree trimming (over 12 feet), or irrigation basic checks based on your needs.

Yes, we offer integrated pest management (IPM) solutions and disease control programs for lawns, shrubs, and trees.

Yes. Our design team works with you to create custom plans that reflect your vision and fit your property and budget.

Scheduling & Availability

The frequency of service depends on your landscape's needs and the maintenance plan you choose. Most properties are serviced on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

We’ll assess your property and recommend a schedule that keeps it healthy, tidy, and looking its best year-round.

If it rains on your scheduled service day and conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for work, we will reschedule your service to the next available dry day—usually within 24–72 hours. Our priority is to ensure both the safety of our crew and the quality of work performed.

You’ll be notified of any schedule changes in advance whenever possible.

No problem—you don't need to be home for most of our services. As long as we have access to the areas we're working on (e.g., gates are unlocked, pets are secured), our crew will complete the scheduled work and leave everything clean and tidy.

If there are specific instructions or areas to avoid, just let us know in advance—we’ll make sure your preferences are followed.

Rescheduling is easy! Just call, or email us at least 24–48 hours in advance, and we’ll work with you to find a new date that fits your schedule.
If weather or unforeseen circumstances cause a delay on our end, we’ll contact you promptly with a reschedule plan.

Yes, you can pause or cancel our services at any time. If you need to make changes to your schedule, just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request. We strive to be flexible and work with your needs.
Please note that any pre-scheduled services will be charged if not canceled within the required notice period. 

Yes, you can request a specific day for service, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it based on route availability and crew scheduling. While exact times can be harder to guarantee due to the nature of outdoor work and weather variables, we can often provide a service window (e.g., morning or afternoon) for your convenience.
